Very interesting two-piece floating bowl with separate stand.  Both etched the same.   Bowl is 9 3/4" round and base is 5" round.   Fact that pair is still together is amazing.  Suspect M.J. Hughs or similar glass.  Very good condition with no chips, cracks or issues.   Great for floating flowers, or candles.
